If a Jack is attacked, humans come to the rescue. They always turn up when the Jack has got the upper paw. Then they blame the Jack for the attack. This is a fact. When two boys throw unspecial biscuits into Foxie's terrier-tory, Jack knows something strange is going on. Why would boys throw away biscuits? Jack carries out jaw-rensic testing, and discovers that there is a biscuit thief in Doggeroo - and the dogs are being blamed! Soon, Jack finds himself locked up.
