Liam Clancy was a founding member of the Clancy Brothers and Tommy Makem, who took the music business by storm in the early '60s and who went on to sell millions of records over the next forty years. They were particularly well known in the United States and in their heyday sold out the Carnegie Hall on many an occasion. Liam now lives in County Waterford, Ireland, and continues to record and perform in concerts around the world.
