Promotional Information

/ Key title Tana Ramsay, glamorous, down-to-earth wife of celebrity chef Gordon Ramsay and hands-on mother of four, has written a cookbook every family will swear by -- but not in the traditional Gordon way. Widely renowned for being the bedrock of the Ramsay household, Tana shows time-pressed parents how easy it is to cook for the most demanding of families. / Thanks to Gordon, the Ramsay name is a household name and Tana is already an aspirational figure, particularly for women. She is a mother-of-four and has first-hand experience of the practicalities of feeding a large family (and a demanding husband!). / With the exception of the Annabel Karmel titles, there is no other personality-driven family cookbook that is written by a mother. Women need a new role model who understands the modern pressures they face and that person is Tana. / High-profile programmes like 'Jamie's Dinners' and 'You Are What You Eat' have woken up the nation to the fact that what you feed yourself and your family is absolutely vital for health, behaviour, mood, and well-being. / Extensive publicity coverage anticipated. Tana's media presence is growing -- she is Grazia magazine's food editor, she has appeared on GMTV's Toddler Nightmares and has been featured in numerous features/articles over the last year. She is currently speaking to Shine TV about a 'cooking for kids' series. / To be supported by great online promotions and third party partnerships. / The book will be a useful read and resource as well as a beautiful cookbook, with full colour photography of Tana with her family. / Competition: Jamie's Dinners (GBP20, Penguin 04); The River Cottage Family Cookbook (GBP20, Hodder 05), Annabel Karmel's Complete Baby & Toddler Meal Planner (Ebury 04, GBP12.99); The Dinner Lady (GBP16.99, Bantam 05).
