William Wyler directs this classic wartime drama starring Myrna Loy and Fredric March. The film follows the lives of three soldiers who have returned home from war to find life in America has moved on without them. Fred (Dana Andrews) has to re-acquaint himself with a wife he barely knows, Al (March) tries to get to know his grown-up children, and Homer (Harold Russell) must get used to living without the use of his hands. The cast also includes Teresa Wright, Virginia Mayo and Hoagy Carmichael.
