Madcap comedy starring Skeet Ulrich as Kevin Manley, who quits his boring city job in Southern California on receiving the news that he has inherited 200 acres of Alaskan real estate from his late grandfather. But there's a catch: Kevin is required to pass an endurance test, taking part in the 'Idatrod', a thousand-mile dog sled race across the frozen wastes of Alaska. To make matters worse, villainous local attorney Clive Thornton (Leslie Nielsen), knowing that Kevin's property is priceless, sets out to stop him from completing the race by employing Carter (Rik Mayall), an unhinged fellow competitor, to sabotage his dogs and equipment at every turn. Will Kevin ever be able to make it to the end of the race and claim his inheritance?
