Mrs Doubtfire is a great family film that adults will enjoy too. Robin Williams is recently divorced and in order to see his kids more often he dresses up like an elderly woman to become their nanny. Sentimental and funny at the same time, this is one of Williams' best family films.

A now classic cross-dressing comedy that followed far in the wake of the superior Tootsie, Mrs Doubtfire never-the-less entertains with Robbin Williams once again displaying his talent for slapstick comedy. A little smaltzy for me, but it was no doubt enjoyed by a large audience in its day. One of those classic films that should be seen. (Well, maybe once!) Fans of Robin Williams will LOVE it!

Robin Williams can impersonate so many different characters and this movie reflects that so perfectly. As he plays a nanny to be near his kids, the movie takes some fun and amusing twists and turns. One of the most memorable scenes is Williams switching back and forth between being himself as a man and Mrs. Doubtfire at a restaraunt. This movie is enheartening and wonderful.
