Comedy drama following an unlikely friendship between a teenage boy and a middle-aged woman. 19-year-old gay filmmaking student Nate (Tyler Ross) lives in the same building as 52-year-old struggling stand-up comic Margaret (Natalie West). Despite being an unusual match, the two are best friends. When Nate begins dating James (Conor McCahill), Margaret feels a void between her and her young friend and decides to focus on her career as a comedienne. As time passes, however, both she and Nate come to realise how much they value their relationship.
