1980s Italian horror starring Lara Wendel and Robert Vaughan. The film follows a group of students as they venture into the swamplands of Louisiana in search of an endangered species of woodpecker. They set up base in an abandoned farmhouse with a gruesome past, the former home of Dr Frederick Brown (Vaughan), and it's not long before they find themselves under siege from supernatural forces and hordes of zombies.
