About the Author

David Annandale is the author of the Horus Heresy novel The Damnation of Pythos. He also writes the Yarrick series, consisting of the novella Chains of Golgotha and the novels Imperial Creed and The Pyres of Armageddon. For the Space Marine Battles series he has written the novels The Death of Antagonis and Overfiend. He is also a prolific writer of short fiction set in the Warhammer 40,000 and Warhammer universes.

David Guymer is the author of the Gotrek & Felix novels City of the Damned, Kinslayer and Slayer, along with a plethora of short stories set in the worlds of both Warhammer and Warhammer 40,000. He also wrote Echoes of the Long War, the sixth novel in The Beast Arises series. He is a freelance writer and occasional scientist based in the East Riding, and was a finalist in the 2014 David Gemmell Legend Awards for his Warhammer novel Headtaker.

Guy Haley is the author of the Space Marine Battles novel Death of Integrity, the Warhammer 40,000 novels Valedor and Baneblade, and The Beast Arises novel Throneworld. His enthusiasm for all things greenskin has also led him to pen the eponymous Warhammer novel Skarsnik, as well as the End Times novel The Rise of the Horned Rat. He lives in Yorkshire with his wife and son.

Rob Sanders is the author of The Serpent Beneath, a novella that appeared in the New York Times bestselling Horus Heresy anthology The Primarchs. His other Black Library credits include the second volume in The Beast Arises series, Predator, Prey, along with the Warhammer 40,000 novels Adeptus Mechanicus, Legion of the Damned and Atlas Infernal. He has also written the Warhammer Archaon duology, Everchosen and Lord of Chaos.
